How do I create a profile?
After registering, complete the onboarding process with your personal information, health data, and partner preferences. Your profile will be submitted for admin approval before you can start matching.
How long does profile approval take?
Profile approval typically takes 24-48 hours. Our admin team reviews each profile to ensure quality and safety for all users.
How does the matching process work?
Search for potential matches, send match requests, and wait for admin approval. Once approved, you can choose between private or public meeting options and proceed with payment.
What are the matching fees?
Private matches (one-on-one meetings) cost ₦10,000. Public matches (group meetings with counselor) cost ₦5,000. Payment is made via Paystack after match approval.
What are boost points?
Boost points increase your profile visibility. Purchase points and use them to boost your profile for 1, 7, or 30 days. Boosted profiles appear higher in search results.
How is my information protected?
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your contact information is only shared after payment confirmation, and you control your privacy settings.
How do I report suspicious activity?
Click the report button on any profile or match. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings in your dashboard, click "Change Password", enter your current password and new password, then save changes.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, go to Settings and click "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed.
How do I update my profile?
Click "Edit Profile" in your dashboard settings. Changes to key profile fields will require admin re-approval.
